The core of our business is to offer bespoke booking systems for our clients. We have never had a client trial a system and then not continue to use it on a full time basis, something we are very proud of.
We lead you through all stages of the process of transitioning from the more traditional local appointment diary to our digital diary
The process is very simple, we ask you to complete a basic questionnaire: what appointments you offer, how long each appointment takes, what resources you need to provide your service. Using your answers we build a foundation system which we can then demonstrate how the system works within your business. Once you are happy with the functionality we complete the visual design to marry with any current web sites you own or use.
Once the build is complete we teach you how to use the system. This can be done in about one hour as the system has been designed to be as intuitive as possible.
Finally we lead you through the transition from a telephone dependent, internal diary to a twenty four hour on-line booking service.
We will then continue to offer support and advice to ensure our booking system software sits comfortably at the center of your appointment and resource management.
